We understand that items don’t always meet your needs. We currently do not offer refunds for product purchased, however we will gladly exchange any unused, unopened or defective product for another item.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any boxes, corrugated rolls, and sheets due to the potential contamination risk.

Due to the possibility of bugs.
We sell to the food industry which needs assurance that all boxes are new and clean.
We only sell new boxes.
Our insurance will not cover bug infestation.
Returns may be subject to 20% restocking fee.
The original shipping/delivery fee is not refundable.
Exchanges can be authorized within 7 days of delivery.
Item(s) must be in original packaging.
If we are at fault, we will issue a label for free return shipping. Otherwise customer is responsible for shipping charges.
